Cancellation Policy

Please reach out 48 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. Your deposit may be used to reschedule later as long as it's 30 days from the original appointment; otherwise, a new deposit will be required. Please make sure to reach out to me via Instagram DM @styledxa if you're running late. If you're 15 minutes late a $10 fee will be applied at the end of the service. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. NO CALL NO SHOW ----- If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 30% of the missed service, and a new deposit will be required upon booking.
